Byzantine Church in Athens: St. Demitrious Lombardiaris

A small church in the type of a basilica with one aisle. In contrast to all the other churches shown, it is roofed by a vault, not a dome. In various periods it has been extended on its west side. In later times many interventions were made to the exterior, the last by architect D. Pikionis, who also laid out the surrounding area. This is where the bathroom or toilet may be found.
