GREEK RECIPE: Ground Beef Paties

Sautee onion and garlic in a little of the butter until soft but not brown. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add everything except reamining butter and the flour. Knead thoroughly. Shape into patties about 2" in diameter and about 3/4" thick. Dust lightly with flour. Heat butter in pan and fry patties for about three minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
