Greek Recipe: Sauteed Eels

GREEK RECIPE: Sauteed Eels

  • 2 lbs eels, skinned and cut into serving pieces
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 cup flour sifted with salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup olive oil

Rub Eels with lemon juice. Wipe dry and roll in seasoned flour. Heat oil in a pan and sautee eels for about 10 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. serve with potatoes and greens. Serves 6.
