GREEK RECIPE: Fried Squid (Kalamaria)

Wash squid thoroughly. Cut of heads and discard. Remove inside cuttle bone with paring knife. Place lemon juice in a bowl. Add squid and mix thoroughly with juice. Let stand for 5 minutes. Wipe squid dry and roll in seasoned flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry squid for about 15 minutes or until they turn a bright pink on both sides. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 6.
