Greek Recipe: Broiled Lamb Chops

GREEK RECIPE: Broiled Lamb Chops

  • 8 loin or shoulder lamb chops about 1" thick
  • 1 clove galic crushed
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • juice of 1 lemon

Mash garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Place chops on a broiler rack and spoon a little mixture over each. Broil for about 10 minutes in a preheated broiler. Turn chops over and repeat, 10 minutes. Remove. Place on serving dish and pour remaining mixture over chops. Serves 4.
